On Tuesday I found Ellie a pair of flip flops for 97 cents and got much more than my money’s worth watching her little toes curl up and clutch the shoes while she shuffles around. She still takes them off to run, but she can walk otherwise now.
Moira wants to eat them, so Ellie has to sit far away from her when she puts them on:
And when she’s not wearing them, they like to cuddle with my dirty, old flip flops:
No pictures of our major activity: we went swimming at the OSU pool yesterday and had a lot of fun. It’s a neat family oriented pool with a little waterslide and a whirl pool and jets that make bubbles. Moira’s first time swimming and once she adjusted to the temperature of the water she did great. Ellie was a fish swimming all around the pool with her arm floaties and inflatable suit.
