We're enjoying the summer thing with long hours outside and lots of popsicles and swimsuits and water. Ellie's taking swimming lessons. The first day she kept running away from the teachers to jump in herself (she just couldn't understand why the teachers wanted her to stay on the stairs when there was a great big pool to splash in), but after she jumped in open mouthed and the teacher let her head go under, she's been much more leary.Moira is definitely crawling now, which prompts Ellie to try and ride her "like a horsie!" which Moira thinks is funny about half the time and puts Ellie in time out the rest of the time. When she's not crawling, Moira is climbing up on everything from tables to chairs to people and the dishwasher. Her newest skill is removing plates (clean or dirty) and banging the bottom shelf of the dishwasher in and out. And of course, she drives:

i miss you guys! sounds like a wonderful summer!
So good to see you blogging! We miss seeing you guys but hope you're having a fun summer! I went to visit the Smiths in Philadelphia this past week. Good times. Hope you're doing well!
