Not too shabby for a ten dollar project.
And I mistreated the window in our spare bedroom with a little inspiration from my new favorite blog. That little window treatment is a no rod, no sewing project made from a tablecloth that we got for our wedding and have never used (hate table cloths). So it's not perfect, but it was free and I can remove it in a heartbeat. Also the girls helped me paint some old frames green. Actually Ellie and I painted them green and Moira practiced war paint. It reminded me of last Halloween. But I like it. Things in the spare bedroom are in upheaval right now, so more on that later.
And in a fit of genius, Chris found a way to get everything, including the car back into the garage: Yes, that's our bike trailer signaling how far Chris should pull in. And it is screwed into a support beam, so it should be just fine. Have I mentioned Chris is a genius?

I really want to get a bike trailer. What kind do you have, and do you like it?
Chandelier looks great. I love a chandelier in a bedroom...
I absolutely love LOVE the chandelier--so cute and fun!! Great project, and if ceiling fans weren't so crucial down here in TX I would do one for Alyssa's room.
