Ellie participated in her first primary program today! I always loved watching Primary programs, but it was a million times more fun to see Ellie stand up and recite her line and sing along with (most) of the songs. She was very reverent and only jumped up and down during one of the songs--but she was perfectly in time with the music , so who could fault her sunbeam enthusiam? Moira spent the sacrament meeting yelling "Where's my Ellie?"
This week we also were in charge of preschool. We talked about the letter G (for green and grandpa and gingerbread and grapes and glue and glitter) and learned about our phone numbers and phone ettiquette. One day was rainy, but the other day I could take the 8 kids to the park. Whew.
Moira has been busy making dinner in her "chitken" this week. She makes soup and chocolate milk and hair curlers for me to pretend to eat. I'm feeling a little less nauseous, but somehow munching on a hair curler does make me gag just a little.
Aunt Chris took the girls all Friday and pampered them with their own mini carts and PetSmart and then lunch at BurgerKing. Then the next day she got them matching dresses at the Gap frieds and family day. I meant to get a picture, but I couldn't get them to hold still. Next time, maybe.

I loved the primary program today! It was so well done. And both my girls participated. I couldn't be more proud. And I, too, enjoyed the sunbeam enthusiasm.
8 kids at the park! Wow!
The Sunbeams were cracking me up! At one point, I was certain that a little boy was going to fall over the wall and on to the Sacrament table ;)
Ellie did a great job on her part! I too love the Primary Program. It is one of my favorite Sundays all year long.
Soup, chocolate milk and hair curlers...Mmmmm.
