Snow Day

Church was cancelled, so we're stuck at home with time to update the blog.

Here's some pictures of the girls (and a friend) playing in the snow earlier this week:

Notice that Ellie is always lying down? It's called "snow swimming" and it's her passion. No snow angels for her.
We also got a cute little tree to decorate (and undecorate and decorate and undecorate . . .)

And we made snowflakes for family night a few weeks back. Ellie's are the square ones with the middle cut out. I think one of them looks sort of like the Batman symbol. Moira taped up a whole sheet of paper. She likes tape.

We're mostly ready for Christmas, especially since it looks like it'll be a white one. Personally I'm hoping for a green January.

I was wondering if you were alive!! Good to have a update. Yes, Kassie and I like the Batman snowflake. I am also hoping for a GREEN January but it's not going to happen!

Our tree keeps getting decorated and undecorated... enjoy your snow! I'm enjoying CA!

How fun that you got to play in the snow! We have ice (not snow) so the boys are always disappointed that they can't make a snowman or go sledding.
