Chris, congratulations, you may not remember this but you asked me about radiation from an xray once, well I found the answer...background radiation is 300 mrem/yr in US, a chest xray is 15-20 mrem, pelvis xray 100 mrem, CT scan abdomen/pelvis 1350 mrem, or about 4.5 yrs of background radiation. We flew to Columbus last weekend for a very short celebration of Chris finishing his PhD. He's done and I'm so proud of him.
